Returns & Exchanges
Returning an Item:
To initiate a return, fill out the form included in your order and indicate the reason code. Pack the item in its original packaging along with the return form. Please keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. All returns must be unused and contain all original tags and accessories.
Exchanging an Item:
To exchange an item, first, return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired replacement item.

Return Policies:
Items marked as "Final sale" cannot be returned and refunds will not be processed for these items.
Refunds will be issued for all merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and will include the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products:
If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, the company will replace the item or accept a return for a full refund.
Gift Returns:
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Return Shipping Label:
For customers in the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam, a prepaid shipping label is included with the order. Attach the label to the outside of the package and drop it off at USPS locations, collection boxes, or schedule a free pickup. Record the tracking number for your records. A $6 fee for the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund. Customers in U.S. Territories should ship returns via an insured and traceable carrier.
